In an effort to reward our many friends who have done business with us and supported us over the years, we have formed a Causeway Family Auto Plan.  Membership in this club is FREE and will enable you to earn credits for futures purchases by referring new customers to us and by allowing us to take care of all your parts, service and body shop needs.

FAMILY AUTO PLAN BENEFITS:

• FREE LIFETIME OIL & FILTER CHANGES For as long as  you own your vehicle.
• $250 CREDIT will be issued with    your purchase or lease on your NEXT    vehicle purchase.
• $250 TRADE ASSISTANCE CREDIT On your next purchase – see maintenance guide for details.
• A $50.00 CREDIT, IN ADDITION TO REFFERAL CHECK FOR $50.00 will be issued when you refer a NEW CUSTOMER if they purchase a new, certified or pre-owned vehicle.
• A 5% CREDIT will be issued for each Customer Pay Service, Body Shop, and/or Parts Dept purchase.
• You can accumulate up to five (5) years after the date of initial credit.

HOW TO USE YOUR CREDITS:

-You must present your family Auto Plan Card at the time of delivery or before to transfer credits. Under NO circumstances will credits be issued after the actual delivery.

-You may transfer your credits to any immediate family member (immediate family is defined as spouse/parent/sibling/grandparent).

-When  you wish to use your credit for your immediate family member, you must accompany that person to Causeway and identify yourself as a family Auto Plan member by presenting your card. Whatever credits you have accumulated on your card can be used at the time to further reduce the price of the vehicle of your family member us purchasing.

-It is not necessary to be present for referral credit as long as you call your salesperson or a sales manager to make him/her aware of the referral PRIOR to the customer visiting. It is NECESSARY to provide the sales person with your card number. After the referral takes delivery, you will be issued a credit in the amount of $50.00, PLUS a referral check in the amount of $50.00.

-You must present your Family Auto Plan Card to the cashier to receive your credit for any Service or Body Shop repair and Parts Department purchase.

-Quarterly statements will be sent to you an indicate how many credits you have earned.

-Credits must be used within 5 years from the date of your initial credit.
